Free Initial Consultation

In our Initial Consultation we take our Body Fat Testing, Circumference Measurements and Cardiovascular Output (VO2 Max) test. We follow that up with our movement assessment to see what the structure does naturally looking for any issues with the kinetic chain (your bones-nerves-muscles and their alignment.) Our movement tests let us see how the body moves in its current natural state and what areas need to be worked on and developed. We then move on to our Endurance Testing **max pushups, sit ups and pull-ups (tailored to the clients level) ** and for the more advanced athlete a strength and power test (back squats, dead lifts, Bench Press).

Taking a snap shot of where we are at currently, discussing goals, coming up with the right program and scheduling to help you be successful and feeling better is the aim of our free initial consultation.

Nutritional Counseling

Nutrition is a critical component in achieving your fitness goals. Weight loss, weight gain, muscle, joint, bone, blood, cell health are all a product of what you put into your body. Making the right choices can make or break your success. We go over your specific Basal Metabolic Rate (how many calories you consume at rest) to determine the appropriate amount of calories needed to accomplish your goal. We will go over the right type of meal plan to get you feeling healthy and energized; after all, all calories are not created equal. By logging our food we will take a realistic look at what your current habits are and what we can do to improve on them. Your health is our #1 concern.

Exercise Programming:

Our approach to Exercise programming begins with a foundation (Joint strength, Balance, Flexibility, and Range of Motion) and progresses into Strength, Muscle Development, Power and Performance.

Depending on your particular area of interest we tailor your program to your specific activity. Whether your sport is tennis, soccer, competitive martial arts, or simply picking up the groceries and kids, we’re here to help you elevate your performance.
